CARE Ratings reaffirmed SBFC Finance Ltd instruments, including Rs 6,000.00 in Long Term Bank Facilities with a positive outlook

SBFC Finance Ltd announced that CARE Ratings Limited has reaffirmed various instruments, including Bank Facilities amounting to an unspecified amount with a revision in outlook from stable to positive, Long Term Bank Facilities of Rs 6,000.00 with a rating of CARE AA-; Positive (previously CARE AA-; Stable), Commercial Paper of Rs 200.00 with a rating of CARE A1+, and Non-convertible Debentures of Rs 400.00 with a rating of CARE AA-; Positive, alongside enhancements to Long Term Bank Facilities previously enhanced from Rs 2,500.00 to Rs 6,000.00; additionally, CARE Ratings Ltd. has reaffirmed Tier II Bonds of Rs 500 Crore with a CARE AAA; Stable rating under continuous monitoring, Working Capital of Rs 200 Crore with a CARE A1+; Stable rating with a review due in Q3 2024, and Long term bank loan facilities of INR 500 crore with a revised rating of CARE 1A; Stable; CareEdge Ratings provided opinions as of a specific date, while noting that CARE Ratings is undertaking continuous monitoring for certain facilities and that data is unavailable from another agency, and that one rating is currently under the designation of ISSUER NOT COOPERATING.
