Gravita India Ltd announced that ICRA Limited has assigned ratings to its various bank loan facilities, totaling Rs 600.00, including Long-term – Fund-based – Working Capital Limits of Rs 352.00, Long-term – Fund-based – Unallocated Limits of Rs 98.00, Short-term – Non-fund based - Others of Rs 108.00, Short-term – Non-fund based – Unallocated limits of Rs 42.00, Short-term – Interchangeable limits – Non- Fund based of Rs 352.00, Long -term - Fund -based - Working Capital Limits of Rs 352.00, Long -term - Fund -based - Unallocated limits of Rs 98.00, Short -term - Non -fund based - Others of Rs 108.00, Short -term - Non -fund based - Unallocated limits of Rs 42.00, and Short -term - Interchangeable limits - Non -Fund based of Rs 352.00, all carrying the rating of [ICRA]AA(Stable), with the notes indicating a Material Subsidiary: Rashtriya Metal Industries Limited, alongside Short-term ratings of [ICRA]A1+ for various non-fund based facilities; additionally, ICRA also assigned ratings to Axis Bank Limited Working Capital Facilities of Rs 82.00, HDFC Bank Limited Working Capital Facilities of Rs 85.00, Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited Working Capital Facilities of Rs 40.00, RBL Bank Limited Working Capital Facilities of Rs 75.00, Federal Bank Limited Working Capital Facilities of Rs 70.00, Axis Bank Limited Non Fund -Based Facilities of Rs 58.00, Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited Non Fund -Based Facilities of Rs 20.00, Federal Bank Limited Non Fund -Based Facilities of Rs 30.00, and a BBB+ rating to the Bank Loan Facility of Rs 100 Crore, all with assignment dates of September 21, 2026.
