CARE Ratings reaffirmed AA+ ratings for D B Corp Ltd’s bank facilities totaling Rs 274.25 crore

D B Corp Ltd announced that CARE Ratings Limited has reaffirmed its ratings on the company's various bank facilities, including Long-term/Short-term bank facilities amounting to Rs 126.00 crore with a rating of CARE AA+; Stable / CARE A1+ and Long-term bank facilities totaling Rs 148.25 crore, also carrying a CARE AA+; Stable rating, while referencing commercial papers, corporate bonds, debentures, and structured credit as instruments rated by CARE; additionally, CareEdge Ratings, a subsidiary of CARE Ratings, provided outlooks indicating expectations of healthy profitability, a positive outlook contingent on improved circulation and digital revenue, and a negative outlook should PBILDT margin decline below 13%, alongside projections for net sales ranging from Rs 2348.54 to Rs 2290.23, total operating income from Rs 2402.09 to Rs 2355.52, PBILDT from Rs 622.91 to Rs 490.40, and PAT from Rs 425.52 to Rs 332.00, with CareEdge noting that the ratings reflect opinions as of the date of the rating and no other rating agencies were mentioned.
