Tech Mahindra's credit ratings reaffirmed as AAA by CARE Ratings, including commercial paper

Tech Mahindra Ltd announced reaffirmations of credit ratings from multiple agencies, including CARE Ratings Limited, which reaffirmed its Long Term Bank Facilities at CARE AAA; Stable, and Long Term / Short Term Bank Facilities at CARE AAA; Stable / CARE A1+, alongside reaffirming the rating for Commercial Paper at AAA with a stable outlook as of January 15, 2024, and also noted that CARE Ratings Ltd. has indicated that ratings for certain bank facilities are currently designated as ISSUER NOT COOPERATING; CareEdge Ratings provided a general disclaimer regarding ratings reflecting opinions as of the date of the rating; N/A reaffirmed a rating with a note regarding information as per Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, while specific rating details were not provided, and other rating agencies were not identified.
