STL Networks Ltd. secures IVR A-/Stable rating for INR 250 crore bank loan facilities

STL Networks Ltd. has announced that Infomerics Valuation and Rating Limited has assigned a long-term rating of IVR A-/Stable to its Bank Loan Facilities amounting to INR 250 crore, while also noting that MCA 24 Unlisted PTCs/Securitisation Notes, Securitisation Notes, Debt Securities, Bank Loans, and Commercial Paper may involve the issuance of different instruments; Infomerics further highlighted an executable order book of approximately Rs. 5,000 crore as of June 30, 2026, translating to a 5.22x order book to revenue ratio, alongside a total debt of Rs. 934.46 crore as of March 31, 2026, and an interest coverage of 0.46x in FY26, with ratings also assigned by IVR to Fund Based Facilities, Cash Credit, and Proposed Cash Credit, all at A-/Stable, and a rating history for the past 3 years, while SEBI, RBI, and MCA have provided ratings for various instruments including bonds, PTCs, and intercorporate deposits, with no enhancements or withdrawals reported across any of the agencies.
