Muthoot Capital Services Ltd. secures BWR AA/Stable ratings for Rs 300 crore FDs and bank loans

Muthoot Capital Services Ltd. has announced rating actions from both Brickwork Ratings and BWR, with the former assigning a BWR AA/Stable rating to Rs 300 Crores of Fixed Deposits and reaffirming the BWR AA/Stable rating for Rs 3,500 Crores of Bank Loan facilities. BWR has also assigned a BWR AA/Stable rating to Fixed Deposits of Rs 300.00 crores, reaffirmed ratings on Bank Loan facilities totaling Rs 3,500.00 crores and Rs 3500.00, and assigned a rating to Fixed Deposits of Rs 300.00, while noting compliance with KYC norms and statutory reporting as a key monitoring factor; the rating agencies also highlighted factors such as linkages with Muthoot Fincorp Ltd., a strong capital position, and moderation in the earnings profile, alongside triggers for potential rating enhancements or withdrawals based on operational and financial performance.
