Jammu and Kashmir Bank's Tier II and Additional Tier I bonds face credit rating review

Jammu and Kashmir Bank Ltd announced a review of credit ratings assigned to its Tier II bonds (under Basel III) & Additional Tier I Bonds (under Basel III) pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Brickwork Ratings has reaffirmed the Long Term rating of BWR A/ Stable for the bank’s Additional Tier I Bonds (under Basel III) amounting to Rupees One Thousand Crores Only, while the rating for Tier II bonds (under Basel III) has been withdrawn; the tenure for both instruments remains Long Term.
