India Ratings affirms and revises SBFC Finance's ratings, citing a positive outlook until 2026

SBFC Finance Ltd announced that India Ratings and Research Private Limited has assigned a "IND AA-" rating with a positive outlook to its Bank Loan facilities amounting to 1,000.00, affirmed the existing "AA-" rating on its Bank Loan facilities totaling 5,000.00, and affirmed the "AA-" rating on its Non-convertible Debentures totaling 500.00 (including an unutilised amount of 100.00) with ISIN INE423Y07104, INE423Y07138, alongside revising the outlook to positive for these instruments and N/A instruments; India Ratings also revised the outlook to positive for NCDs & Bank Loan Facilities, with rates applicable until September 30, 2026, and assigned a "IND AA-" rating with a positive outlook to an N/A instrument, while noting no further rating data was available from other agencies.
