Themis Medicare's bank facilities downgraded by CARE Ratings, reflecting ongoing financial challenges

Themis Medicare Ltd announced ratings actions from multiple agencies concerning its various bank facilities and limits. CARE Ratings Limited downgraded the Long Term Bank Facilities amounting to Rs 77.39 crore from CARE BBB-; Negative to CARE BB+; Stable, and simultaneously downgraded the Short Term Bank Facilities amounting to Rs 48.50 crore from CARE A3 to CARE A4+, alongside downgrading the Long Term Bank Facilities again amounting to Rs 77.39 crore from CARE BBB-; Negative to CARE BB+; Stable; additionally, CARE Ratings assigned a BBB rating with a Stable outlook to long-term bank loan facilities aggregating to Rs 100 crore, and noted that surveillance/review will be undertaken periodically, while also indicating that ratings for certain bank facilities are currently under "ISSUER NOT COOPERATING" status; CareEdge Ratings indicated that ratings reflect opinions as on the date of the rating, and no rating data was found for any instruments from any other agency.
