Star Health's ratings reaffirmed as AA+ by India Ratings with a Stable outlook

Star Health & Allied Insurance Company Ltd announced that India Ratings and Research Private Limited, via a website disclosure dated September 28, 2026, has reaffirmed the existing rating of AA+ with a Stable outlook for the Company and AA with a Stable outlook for the subordinate debt of the Company; there were no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals related to these ratings, and the instruments covered include the Company’s rating of AA+ with a Stable outlook and the subordinate debt rating of AA with a Stable outlook. This disclosure, reference SHAI/B & S/SE/ 124/2026-27, is made in compliance with Regulation 30 and 55 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and addresses an inadvertent delay in the prior intimation.
