AU Small Finance Bank secures reaffirmed [ICRA]AA ratings for bonds totaling 1,004.00

AU Small Finance Bank Ltd announced reaffirmation of the [ICRA]AA (Positive) rating and revision of the outlook to Positive from Stable for its Lower Tier II bonds totaling 1,004.00, alongside an assignment of an [ICRA]AA (Positive) rating to its infrastructure bonds of 100.00; ICRA also reaffirmed its [ICRA]AA rating for Basel II Lower Tier II bonds of 770.00 (Mar-28-2025), 60.00 (Aug-23-2023), 49.00 (Jun-15-2023), and various other tranches with differing maturity dates, while noting a Gross Loan Portfolio of Rs. 1,44,250 crore as of June 30, 2026, deposits increased by 34% between March 2021 and March 2026, and a Capital Adequacy Ratio of 18.9% with a Tier I ratio of 17.1%; the bank also reported a Gross Non-Performing Assets (GNPA) of 2.1% and a Net Non-Performing Assets (NNPA) of 0.8% as of June 30, 2026, alongside a Return on Assets (RoA) of 1.6% and a Net Interest Margin of 5.5% for Q1 FY2027.
