ICRA reaffirmed [ICRA]AA(Stable) ratings for Shanthi Gears Ltd's various instruments and limits

Shanthi Gears Ltd announced that ICRA reaffirmed the rating of [ICRA]AA(Stable) for its Long-term - Non-fund based - Others instruments with an amount of 38.99, Long-term - Interchangeable limits instruments with an amount of 28.99, and Short-term - Fund-based - Overdraft instruments with an amount of 0.01, all previously rated [ICRA]AA(Stable) and [ICRA]A1+ respectively, with the reaffirmation being subject to RBI guidelines; additionally, ICRA reaffirmed the ratings of Long-term facilities - Non-fund based limits (Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited) with an amount of 10.00, maturing September 22, 2026, Long-term facilities - Non-fund based limits (IDBI Bank Limited) with an amount of 11.99, maturing September 22, 2026, Non-fund based limit with an amount of 10.00, Non-fund based limit with an amount of 11.99, Non-fund based limit with an amount of 17.00, Interchangeable limits with an amount of 11.99, Interchangeable limits with an amount of 17.00, and Over draft facilities with an amount of 0.01, all maturing September 22, 2026, and assigned to these instruments; no withdrawals were noted.
