ICRA reaffirmed ratings for SBFC Finance Ltd debt instruments, including INR 3,000.00 in bank facilities

SBFC Finance Ltd announced that ICRA Limited has reaffirmed and assigned ratings for its outstanding debt instruments, including reaffirming the [ICRA]AA- (Stable) rating for Long term Fund based bank facilities amounting to INR 3,000.00, with an enhanced amount of INR 900.00 assigned, reaffirming the [ICRA]A1+ rating for Commercial Paper of INR 200.00, and assigning the [ICRA]AA- (Stable) rating for Non-convertible debentures of INR 400.00 with a stable outlook, alongside reaffirming the [ICRA]AA- (Stable) rating for ISIN INE423Y07146 of INR 400.00; ICRA also rated various bank facilities of Axis Bank Limited, Bank of India, Canara Bank, CSB Bank Limited, DCB Bank Limited, Federal Bank Limited, IndusInd Bank Limited, Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited, State Bank of India, and Yes Bank Limited, all carrying an [ICRA]AA-(Stable) rating, with specific amounts ranging from INR 6.25 to INR 774.60, and reaffirming the rating for Commercial Paper of INR 200.00, while noting that the ratings are valid throughout the life of the captioned programme until withdrawn and subject to review.
