Kings Infra Ventures faces downgrades and reaffirmations from Infomerics and IVR

Kings Infra Ventures Ltd has announced rating actions from Infomerics and IVR, with all instruments facing either downgrades or reaffirmations, and noting that the issuer is not cooperating with both agencies. Infomerics downgraded the Bank Facilities amounting to 17.13 Crore to IVR B/Negative and reaffirmed Bank Facilities of 17.13 Crore as IVR A4, alongside downgrading the Total Bank Loan Facilities to Rs. 17.13 Crore, RBI Short Term Bank Facilities, RBI Non- Convertible Debenture, NCD of 0.20, NCD of 0.18, and NCD of 1.01, all to IVR B/Negative, and several Unlisted MCA Simple NCDs to IVR B. IVR reaffirmed several Unlisted MCA Simple NCDs (INE0 50N0 7058, INE0 50N0 7173, INE0 50N0 7181, INE0 50N0 7199, INE0 50N0 7223, INE0 50N0 7231, INE0 50N0 7264, INE0 50N0 7298, INE0 50N0 7330, INE0 50N0 7348, INE0 50N0 7371, INE0 50N0 7389, INE0 50N0 7413, INE0 50N0 7447, INE0 50N0 7470, INE0 50N0 7496, INE0 50N0 7512, INE0 50N0 7546, INE0 50N0 7603, INE0 50N0 7652, INE0 50N0 7660, INE0 50N0 7686, INE0 50N0 7702, INE0 50N0 7710) and reaffirmed NCD and MCA Simple NCD to IVR B/Negative, while RBI, MCA, SEBI, and other agencies have instruments listed as N/A or with no rating action.
