Om Power Transmission Limited secures Rs 60.48 crore turnkey contract from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited

Om Power Transmission Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited for a turnkey project involving the supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of 220kV & 66kV equipment and materials, including civil works, for the 220kV Kotda-Sanghani AIS Substation. The contract, awarded by a domestic entity, is valued at Rs 60.48 Crores (including GST) and is expected to be completed within 18 months from the date of the LOA. The company confirmed that neither the promoter group nor any group companies have any interest in Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited, and the order does not constitute a related party transaction.
