Veegaland Developers Ltd announced ratings actions from ICRA and assignments from multiple banks, covering a range of instruments including Long Term –Fund based- Term loan amounting to 164.71, Long Term –Fund based – Overdraft of 93.50, Long -term - Unallocated limits of 241.79, Long -term - Fund -based - Term loan of 164.71, Long -term - Fund -based - Overdraft of 93.50, Long -term - Unallocated limits of 241.79, a Bank Loan of Rs 100 Crore, Commercial Paper of Rs 50 Crore, Axis Bank Limited OverDraft Facilities of 83.00, HDFC Bank Limited OverDraft Facilities of 7.50, State Bank of India OverDraft Facilities of 2.95, ICICI Bank Limited OverDraft Facilities of 0.05, South Indian Bank Limited Term Loans of 34.40, Axis Bank Limited Term Loans of 50.00, Federal Bank Limited Term Loans of 80.00, HDFC Bank Limited Term Loans of 0.31, and Not Applicable Unallocated Limits of 241.79; ICRA has affirmed the rating of [ICRA]BBB+(Stable) for all aforementioned instruments, while also assigning the same rating to the newly issued Axis Bank Limited OverDraft Facilities, HDFC Bank Limited OverDraft Facilities, State Bank of India OverDraft Facilities, ICICI Bank Limited OverDraft Facilities, South Indian Bank Limited Term Loans, Axis Bank Limited Term Loans, Federal Bank Limited Term Loans, HDFC Bank Limited Term Loans, and Not Applicable Unallocated Limits, all assigned on September 25, 2026, and further assigned a Stable outlook to the Commercial Paper rated A2.
