Dev Labtech Venture Limited raises Rs 17.81 crore via preferential allotment of warrants

Dev Labtech Venture Limited announced a board decision to raise Rs 17.81 crore through the preferential allotment of up to 1,37,00,000 convertible warrants to promoter/promoter group and non-promoter shareholders at a price of Rs 13 per warrant, convertible into equity shares with a face value of Rs 5 each and a premium of Rs 8. The company also approved an increase in its authorized share capital from Rs 25 crore (divided into 5 crore equity shares of Rs 5 each) to Rs 31 crore (divided into 6,20,00,000 equity shares of Rs 5 each). Additionally, the board appointed Ricky Kapadia as the scrutinizer for the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) and fixed October 29, 2026, as the record date for e-voting eligibility.
