IDFC First Bank's debt ratings reaffirmed by Brickwork Ratings, reflecting Rs. 406.90 crore NCDs

IDFC First Bank Ltd announced that Brickwork Ratings (BWR) has reaffirmed the rating of BWR AA+/Stable for its Non-Convertible Debentures amounting to Rs. 406.90 crores, previously Rs. 621.00 crores, reflecting a reduction due to redemption, while also reaffirming ratings for various other instruments including NCDs, bank loans, commercial paper, and perpetual bonds; the agency also provided details regarding the bank’s capital adequacy ratios, including a CET-1 ratio of 13.33% and a total capital adequacy ratio of 15.05% as of June 30, 2026, alongside approvals for fresh equity capital of Rs. 7,500 crores and a net worth of Rs. 48,651 crores, with no ratings withdrawn or assigned by other agencies.
