CARE Ratings reaffirmed bank facilities for Zim Laboratories, citing a negative outlook on Rs 127.48 crore

Zim Laboratories Ltd announced that CARE Ratings Limited has reaffirmed the ratings for the company's bank facilities, specifically Long-term bank facilities amounting to Rs 127.48 crores, now rated CARE BBB with a Negative outlook (previously Stable), and Short-term bank facilities amounting to Rs 12.00 crores, reaffirmed at CARE A3; no other rating agencies were mentioned and there were no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals related to these instruments.
