Infomerics upgrades Embassy Developments' bank loan facilities to INR 350 crore

Embassy Developments Ltd (formerly Equinox India Developments Limited) announced that Infomerics Valuation and Rating Limited, a SEBI-registered Credit Rating Agency, has upgraded the long-term rating on the bank loan facilities of the company to “IVR A/Stable” from “IVR A-/Stable,” enhancing the rated bank loan facilities to INR 350.00 crore from INR 200.00 crore, and has assigned a rating of “IVR A/Stable” to the Non-Convertible Debentures of the company aggregating INR 160.00 crore; no other rating agencies were mentioned, and there were no withdrawals or other rating actions related to any other instruments.
