Godrej Industries receives reaffirmed ratings for debt programs totaling approximately Rs 7,200 crore

Godrej Industries Ltd announced ratings actions and an intimation under Regulations 30 and 51 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, concerning its Commercial Paper Programme, Non-Convertible Debenture Programme, Non-Convertible Debentures, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), and Commercial Paper Programme. CRISIL Ratings Limited reaffirmed the ratings for Non-Convertible Debentures with a “High degree of safety regarding timely servicing of financial obligations, very low credit risk” for an outstanding amount of approximately Rs 7,200 Crore, reaffirmed the Commercial Paper Programme rating of Crisil A1+ for a limit of Rs 500 Crore, assigned a CRISIL AA+ (Stable) rating to a proposed additional issue of Non-Convertible Debentures with an approximate amount of Rs 1,500 Crore, and reaffirmed ratings for Non-Convertible Debentures with N/A amount. No other rating agencies were mentioned, and no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals were detailed beyond those explicitly stated.
