JMJ Fintech raises Rs 1.90 crore via NCDs on a private placement basis

JMJ Fintech Limited has revised its disclosure to reflect the allotment of Rs 1,90,00,000 (Rs 1.90 crore) through 1,900 Secured, Unlisted, Unrated, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs 10,000 face value each on a private placement basis, correcting a previous reporting error. The company has also authorized its Managing Director to secure a financial assistance/loan facility of up to Rs 5,00,00,000 (Rs 5 crore) from Shriram Finance Limited. Details regarding interest rates, maturity dates, and security arrangements for the NCDs are outlined in annexed term sheets, with Series I NCDs maturing on October 1, 2029, and Series II maturing on October 1, 2031.
