Jain Irrigation's Rs 2,930 crore bank loan facilities maintain a CRISIL BBB- /Negative rating

Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd announced that it has received credit rating updates concerning its outstanding debt instruments, disseminated as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, with unspecified rating agencies providing information on Bank Loan Facilities and Non-Convertible Debentures; CRISIL Ratings Limited reaffirmed (reduced levels) and subsequently withdrew ratings for certain Bank Loan Facilities and Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), while reaffirming ratings of CRISIL BBB- /Negative for Bank Loan Facilities aggregating Rs 2,930.00 crore (maturing August 18, 2026), Rs 2,711.07 crore (maturing September 16, 2026), and Rs 2,705.91 crore (maturing October 09, 2026), and reaffirmed ratings of CRISIL BBB- /Negative for NCDs amounting to Rs 785.63 crore (maturing August 18, 2026) and Rs 566.99 crore (maturing October 09, 2026), with NCDs totaling Rs 218.64 crore and Bank Loan Facilities of Rs 5.16 crore having their ratings withdrawn following confirmation of redemption and reduction in total facilities, respectively.
