CRISIL Ratings reaffirmed Jain Irrigation's bank loan facilities totaling Rs 2,930 crore with a BBB- /Negative rating

Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd-DVR announced that rating information is forthcoming under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, concerning its bank loan facilities and non-convertible debentures, with CRISIL Ratings Limited reaffirming (at reduced levels) and withdrawing ratings for certain facilities related to bank loan facilities and non-convertible debentures (NCDs); specifically, CRISIL Ratings reaffirmed bank loan facilities aggregating Rs 2,930.00 crore with a rating of CRISIL BBB- /Negative, maturing August 18, 2026; bank loan facilities aggregating Rs 2,711.07 crore with a rating of CRISIL BBB- /Negative, maturing September 16, 2026; bank loan facilities aggregating Rs 2,705.91 crore with a rating of CRISIL BBB- /Negative, maturing October 09, 2026; reaffirmed NCDs aggregating Rs 785.63 crore with a rating of CRISIL BBB- /Negative, maturing August 18, 2026; reaffirmed NCDs aggregating Rs 566.99 crore with a rating of CRISIL BBB- /Negative, maturing October 09, 2026; and withdrew the rating for NCDs aggregating Rs 218.64 crore, also maturing October 09, 2026.
