Equitas Small Finance Bank receives reaffirmed ratings and continuous monitoring from CARE Ratings

Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd announced reaffirmations and annual surveillances across various instruments and ratings from multiple agencies. CARE Ratings Limited reaffirmed its Issuer rating of CARE AA- with a stable outlook, along with reaffirmations for Lower Tier II instruments of Rs 500.00, Tier II Bonds of Rs 500.00, Bonds -Lower Tier II (INE063P08112, 05-Dec-2024, 9.60, 05-Dec-2030), Bonds -Tier II Bonds (INE063P08138, 25-Sep-2026, 9.95, 25-Sep-2036), and Certificate of Deposit instruments of Rs 1,500.00, while also noting annual surveillance for Certificate of Deposits, Issuer Rating and Tier II Bonds, with letters dated September 30, 2026, and continuous monitoring for Tier II Bonds of Rs 500 Crore rated CARE AAA; CareEdge Ratings provided ratings reflecting opinions as of the date of the rating, and CARE Ratings Ltd. indicated continuous monitoring for Bank Facilities and noted that ISSUER IS NOT COOPERATING for certain Bank Facilities, alongside a surveillance/review possibility annually.
